CEO Level
“How much support does my business need?”
Foundation, Growth, or Legacy. Every level gives you the system. What changes is the level of support surrounding you.
Loc’d In CEO
Loc’d In is the complete business ecosystem: your CEO Level, your Business System, and your Business Launch.
Your Method. Your Business. Your System.
The Problem
You may be delivering high-level work while still managing the business through:
This does not mean the business is failing. It may simply mean the business needs infrastructure that matches its next level.
More growth should not automatically require more of you.
Inside Loc’d In
Three parts answer three questions. Together they become the business behind the work.
01
“How much support does my business need?”
Foundation, Growth, or Legacy. Every level gives you the system. What changes is the level of support surrounding you.
02
“What specialty-specific infrastructure does my business need?”
Infrastructure installed inside your Loc’d In account, designed around the method or specialty you practice.
03
“How does everything get implemented?”
The structured onboarding experience that turns your plan into a working business environment.
Behind all three is the 3 C’s — the leadership philosophy behind the Loc’d In CEO. Not a product. Not a tier.

How Loc’d In Works
01
Inquiry, consultations, scheduling, client records, forms, documents, contracts, communication, reminders, and follow-up.
02
CRM, pipelines, calendars, payments, invoices, client records, and internal business processes organized in one environment.
03
Websites, funnels, email, reviews, lead follow-up, social tools, and client nurturing connected to the same business record.
04
Workflows, reminders, tasks, follow-up, and AI-supported tools that carry repeatable work so the owner does not have to remember everything manually.
Your Business System determines how these capabilities are configured around the specialty you practice.
Keep What Works
If you currently book clients through tools such as Acuity, Square, GlossGenius, or another scheduling platform, moving to Loc’d In does not automatically mean starting over.
Loc’d In can become the business command center around the client experience while your existing booking workflow is evaluated during Business Launch.

You Belong Here
If your business currently runs through handwritten notes, your phone, text messages, DMs, spreadsheets, or memory, you do not need to become “tech-savvy” before getting organized.
Loc’d In helps you create structure at a pace that matches your business.
Technology should reduce the amount your business asks you to remember—not give you another thing to manage.
The Technology
Client experience, operations, marketing, payments, and automation live in one connected environment—configured around the specialty you practice.
The technology supports the business. It is not the entire offer.
Product Proof
This is the Signature Loc Method operating inside Loc’d In — not a mockup. What follows are real examples of how the technology can be structured around a specialty business.

Client Journey
A Business System gives the client journey structure—from the first inquiry through consultation, service, follow-up, and ongoing care.
Shown: Signature Loc Method Business System. Business System workflows vary by specialty.

Service Delivery
Calendars and service workflows can be organized around the way the specialty is actually delivered—not around a generic business template.
Shown: Signature Loc Method Business System.
The technology is the environment. Your Business System determines how that environment is configured around the specialty you practice.

Business Operations
Payments, invoices, recurring transactions, and client financial activity can be managed alongside the operational side of the business.
Client details are privacy-protected. Figures reflect one real operating environment and are not typical results, promises, or expected revenue.

Marketing & Growth
Content and marketing tools can operate alongside the client and business systems instead of requiring another disconnected workflow.
Command Center
See the Business, Not Just the Appointments.
Loc’d In brings the information behind the business into view so decisions can be made with more than memory, scattered reports, and disconnected tools.

The client. The service. The business. The marketing. The view. Loc’d In connects the moving pieces of the business into one operating environment.
Your Method. Your Business. Your System.
Capacity in Action
Technology should carry repeatable work so the owner has more capacity for the work that requires her. This is a conceptual example of an automated flow.
The 3 C’s
The 3 C’s are not a product or a tier. They are how we approach the work.
C
Build in alignment.
Does the business you are building align with the business—and life—you actually want?
C
Build to sustain.
Can the business support growth without everything continuing to depend on you?
C
Build with humanity.
Recognize the humanity, circumstances, and capacity of yourself and others—and create enough structure to respond without abandoning yourself in the process.
Technology Is Only as Good as the Business It Supports.
The Readiness Assessment helps identify what needs attention. The 3 C’s guide how we approach it.
Signature Coaching
Signature Coaching uses the 3 C’s leadership philosophy to guide decisions involving strategy, systems, growth, capacity, communication, boundaries, and leadership.

Built From Experience
I started as a practitioner. Long, technical, high-touch work that depends on consultation, documentation, follow-up, and trust. My first system wasn’t software. It was simply a repeatable way of doing things well.
Those first systems came out of teaching and mentoring—explaining what I did, in what order, and why. Educating turned into coaching, and coaching turned into building the structure underneath the work. Technology helped the business grow, but growth did not automatically create sustainability. The pandemic made me look honestly at how much I had been working, and how much I valued peace.
I stopped building the business around how much I could do and started building it around how I wanted to live.
I redesigned my business around the life and schedule I actually wanted. Mentoring showed me that locticians needed more than technical skill—they needed business infrastructure. And my own fragmented stack of disconnected tools eventually led me to build Loc’d In Business Systems.
Freedom isn’t having no structure. Freedom is having enough structure to give yourself choices.
Loc’d In was created from experience doing the work, building the business behind the work, and helping other professionals do the same.

Wholistic Hair Advocate
The Wholistic Hair Advocate Business System is the only Loc’d In Business System that requires access to the Loc’d In HIPAA-enabled technology environment.
Requires Loc’d In HIPAA Compliance Upgrade
+$99/month
This upgrade provides access to the HIPAA-enabled technology environment required for the Wholistic Hair Advocate Business System. Loc’d In accounts are not automatically HIPAA compliant, and using Loc’d In does not by itself make your business HIPAA compliant. Your own practices, documentation, training, and agreements remain your responsibility.
